Voted 2010 "BEST OF EAST TEXAS REALTOR", Connie provides professional real estate services in the Longview, Pine Tree, Hallsville, Spring Hill, Kilgore and White Oak school district areas. Before becoming a realtor, Connie taught band for over 20 years and she orchestrates real estate transactions with the "heart of a caring teacher". Licensed since 1994, Connie joined Summers Real Estate Group in June of 2009 and has completed the GRI, ABR, SRES, RFC and CHMS designations. She is devoted to giving her clients the highest possible degree of service in their buying and selling process and is a member of the Longview, Texas, and National Association of Realtors.

Connie also serves on the Board of Directors for the Longview Symphony and encourages all to take advantage of our Arts of Longview.

When not working, Connie enjoys spending time with her family and Boston Terriers.

She and her husband, Joe Modisette, are members of Mobberly Baptist Church.
